Ingridians: 25% flax seed, 25% sesame seed, 25% pumpkin seed, 25% peeled sunflower seed.

This mix is a real source of health.

The seeds can be use like 1-3 tablespoons individually, dipped in yogurt or milk, or as a dietary in meal of muesli. Frequently used as an ingredient in various bakery, such as breads, cakes and similar. This mix can add it to cereals, protein shakes and similar. There is no special taste, so can use for a mild and salty foods.

It should be kept in dry and cold place, away from direct sunlight.
